The place is wonderful, but what is even more wonderful is the host couple. We received so much help and care from them, which we have not experienced before. They helped with the honeymoon decor, divine birthday cake, and recommended medicine for my sister and father, who are allergic.

Villa Aelia is a perfect house, with a perfect host, in a perfect location in Kassopi! The close proximity to the beach makes it an ideal location for a family holiday. Kassopi has some lovely cafes and restaurants all within walking distance of the Villa ; no need for car hire.
Chrissanthi is the perfect host ; she really cares about her guests with discreet checks to ensure all needs are met. Thank you Chrissanthi!!

Great villa! Kassiopi is a lovely place and the villa is in a great location. The hosts are very nice and the villa has all necessary amenities for a well deserved holiday!

Such a wonderful place to spend a special family holiday. A stones throw from the beach, which has the most spectacular sunsets. Easy walk into Kassiopi. The villa is very tastefully decorated, immaculately clean. The hosts are so lovely, nothing too much trouble,, They even shared with us produce from their organic garden.

Το σπίτι είναι πραγματικά τέλειο, ευρύχωρο, διακοσμημένο με γούστο, καλά εξοπλισμένο, σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Όλα τα υπνοδωμάτια έχουν το δικό τους μπάνιο. Το σύστημα κλειδιών είναι ένας έξυπνος τρόπος για μεγάλες ομάδες, το AC λειτουργεί τέλεια, ο ιδιοκτήτης ανταποκρίνεται πάντα μέσα σε λίγα λεπτά, πολύ εξυπηρετικός, πολύ εξυπηρετικός με καταπληκτικές συμβουλές.
Είχαμε την ώρα της ζωής μας. Αφού ελέγξαμε την πόλη και την περιοχή, καταλήξαμε στο συμπέρασμα ότι ήμασταν στο καλύτερο σημείο. Θα συνιστούσαμε ολόψυχα και σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε.

An amazing, modern,clean, spacious villa. Fantastic location , 15m from clear blue water, felt like we weee swimming in an aquarium. Plenty of restaurants with excellent food and wonderful service in particular Castro’s overlooking the ocean.
Hosts were unbelievably helpful from birthday cake to local information. The whole visit was heaven on earth and how life should be - the friendliest people I have ever encountered. Thank you Christina

Extremely happy with the Villa! It’s located right in the center walking distance from the beach and stores which was so helpful because we didn’t have to rent a bunch of cars for our big family. The owners of the Villa were the sweetest, They even remember that my birthday it’s on June 10 so they send me a cake which was so so sweet. Clean, comfortable, will definitely book it again!!!

What a wonderful holiday we had.This house is so lovely, because of the many terraces you always have a nice place in the sun or shade. If you step inside you immediately have a "home" feeling. The house is well maintained. We are happy to come back next year!

Centrally located in Kassiopi, this was a really comfortable holiday home. The bedrooms and bathrooms are beautifully furnished and there are lots of communal spaces for a large group. The Host was helpful and provided a generous welcome pack, and the housekeeping was excellent. I would recommend this villa.
