After having arrived on Corfu by air or sea, you can get a bus from the San Rocco square, located within the town centre. The route will last more than an hour. Alternatively, you can get to Kassiopi by taxi that takes about 40 minutes or rent a car, that may provide you with the opportunity of exploring other areas to the northeast before arriving in Kassiopi.
